Book Review – Till Death by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Getting out of reading slump 101 – Read a book from one of your favorite authors. After watching Baahubali 2, I was in a reading slump. I couldn’t focus in any book that I tried reading. I was so into the world of Baahubali that I didn’t wanted to get out of it and to be honest I’m still not out of that world yet. But then I thought of picking up a book from one of my favorite authors and just like that I was back in the book world. Honestly every book that I read of Jennifer never lets me down.

So here’s the thing: I’m good at detective stuffs. I’ve been into solving mysteries since I was 10 years old. So whenever I read a thriller book, I always know beforehand who the bad guy is. But that’s not what happened with this book. Honestly I couldn’t figure out who the bad guy was till the end. And I was really shocked to know the truth of the serial killer. That’s why Jennifer L. Armentrout is my all-time favorite author. She always keeps me on the edge of my seat. The story is great and the characters are amazing. And also it was dark and raining outside when I was reading this book which made the perfect environment to read this book and also it was giving me major chills. But honestly I’ve been noticing that whenever I read a thriller book, it always starts raining. Making the book way scarier than it is. But anyway, I’ll definitely recommend this book if you love thriller and also recommend you to read all the other books of Jennifer because every one of them are really amazing.

It’s been ten years since Sasha Keaton left her West Virginia hometown . . . since she escaped the twisted serial killer known as the Groom. Returning to help run her family inn means being whole again, except for one missing piece. The piece that falls into place when Sasha’s threatened—and FBI agent Cole Landis vows to protect her the way he couldn’t a decade ago.
First one woman disappears; then another, and all the while, disturbing calling cards are left for the sole survivor of the Groom’s reign of terror. Cole’s never forgiven himself for not being there when Sasha was taken, but he intends to make up for it now . . . because under the quirky sexiness Cole first fell for is a steely strength that only makes him love Sasha more.
But someone is watching. Waiting. And Sasha’s first mistake could be her last.
