Book Review – Darker (Fifty Shades as Told by Christian #2) by E L James

If you’ve read my review for Grey which is the first book of this trilogy then you know how bad I wanted to read the other books from the point of view of Christian and wanted that to become a whole other trilogy and that’s what happened. E L James made my wish come true!! I actually freaked out and got so excited when I saw this book that I wanted to read this book right away.

So this book is from the POV of Christian Grey of the book Fifty Shades Darker. It is a good book but since I had already finished the Fifty Shades trilogy, I knew what happens in the story so it wasn’t anything new in there. But I got to know more about Christian’s past and how tough his childhood was which again made me feel bad for him. Continue reading

Book Review – Someone Else’s Summer by Rachel Bateman

Finally a book review!! This is the first book review of this year, wow I honestly have to get back to blogging regularly. Okay so before I go on talking about this book, I want to get this one thing out off my chest. THIS IS NOW ONE OF MY FAVORITE SUMMERS READS!! Whoa, it feels so good to let that out. Well now you know how I feel about the book. But honestly this book has everything that I love like bucket lists, road trip, friendships and family. I actually finished this book in one sitting or maybe laying down actually. I started reading the book at 9 o’clock at night and couldn’t put it down and finally finished at 6 in the morning, that’s when I went to sleep. But if you’re new here and don’t know me, I’m the kind of person who would forcefully stop myself from reading a book in one sitting because I like to be in the world of the book for quite some time like days or week. So you know how amazing this book is.

Copy of Copy of BOOK

I know my screen is broken but you know what’s the funny part; the screen broke but the screen guard is all fine!! 😂😂

So basically this book is about Anna who lost her elder sister, Storm (I know cool name, right?), in a car accident and now she has to live with the sadness but then she finds her sister’s bucket list and decide to do all the things that’s in it with the boy next door, Cameron, who was Storm’s best friend. So she goes in an epic adventure with Cam where she gets to know a lot about her sister and also about herself too. Continue reading

Watch The Fiction World Come to Life | #BlogTalk

I’m going to do something risky here. So, for the past 1 year I wasn’t been active in my blog as well as my bookstagram account because I was really busy with my college work but now that I’m trying to get back at it, something is bugging me and that’s my bookstagram. All the photos that I had posted on it were below average picture and I hated every single picture that I had posted because I know I can do better than that and shoot really good photos.

So, what I thought is that I’m going to delete all the pictures and start fresh. I’ll try to upload as much photos as I can but I would also try my best to post photos that are aesthetically pleasing. Also if you are interested to see my other photos, you can check them out on my main Instagram account – @justrenuka Continue reading

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. So this week’s theme is “Required Reading for Every College Freshman”. I’m a college freshman and before coming to college I read all these books related to college life and I want to share them with you guys. Honestly after coming to college I haven’t even read a single page of a book and the guilt is eating me up. Every night I try to read but I’m just so tired that I go off to sleep. Even this! I haven’t been active in my blogging and I hate to do this. I’m trying really hard to keep up with everything but I’m not being able to. But I’m trying and I’ll keep on trying to balance everything.

Series I’ve Been Meaning To Start But Haven’t | Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. So this week’s theme is “Top Ten Series I’ve Been Meaning To Start But Haven’t”. So here’s a thing about me is that I like to dedicate a whole month to a single series like this February I dedicated the whole month to the Fifty Shades series and this July I’ll read ACOTAR series. That’s why I haven’t read many series because I take a lot of time reading them mainly because I just get hungover by it and just don’t want to leave that world.
